I find my Real Frequency in creating spaces where people feel seen, capable, and empowered to grow into who they’re becoming. I believe growth comes from curiosity, and that success often starts with simply choosing to try, even when things feel uncertain.

As someone who once struggled to trust my own voice, I know how powerful it is to have people who believe in you, even when you’re still figuring things out. That’s why I show up to be that person for someone else. My path hasn’t always been a straight line, but I’ve learned to see that as a strength. Outside of work, I'm usually on a hike, learning something new, or spending time with my friends, family, and my dog!
